Both Kosher butters have less Saturated Fat than the other butters and both have a stronger taste.  Only Land O Lakes said it was made from Sweet Cream which means the cream from the top of the milk.  The others only said cream which meant there could have been some whey cream in them.

Mummy and Daddy liked Land O Lakes best. I liked White Rose best.

We decided to cook with Land O Lakes because we know it is made of Sweet Cream. See out Butter Facts  page to learn more.

  1. We emailed the Breakstone people to ask if Kosher meant AA but we never heard back. Be interesting to know.
